I incorporated all the lessons I learned the week prior and made sure to fuel up prior to my run, brought some water along, and made sure to bring a small towel. I know I still have a long way to go to reach 26.2, but, &#8220;every great journey begins with a single step.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Also, I&#8217;ve been using a <a href=\"https:\/\/buy.garmin.com\/shop\/shop.do?cID=142&amp;pID=11039\" target=\"_blank\">Garmin Forerunner 405<\/a> to track my runs.
