Blade Runner Blaster
The goal of this project is to construct a replica of a Rick Deckard’s blaster as seen in the movie Blade Runner. To construct this replica, I’m going to be building a kit from Tomenosuke, who sells replica Blade Runner blasters and kits. This particular kit is fashioned after the version of Deckard’s blaster as seen in the long-awaited sequel, Blade Runner 2049. The same kit components were rumored to have been used on the actual props used in Blade Runner 2049!
The kit contains everything you need to build a replica blaster that largely replicates the firearm functions of the original prop including a working trigger that advances the cylinder of the revolver replica.
This has been a replica I’ve wanted to build for long time as I view it to be one of the most iconic firearm props in all of cinema!
